AURA AAS8501 Automatic Threshold (Door Bottom) Seal

A self-levelling drop seal featuring a unique wrap around gasket designed for optimum acoustic and smoke containment. A clever colour coded band assists with drop seal adjustment.

Tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3 and BS 476–31.1.

Standard product features

Location:

• Single swing doors.
• For use on both right and left handed doors.

Seal material:

Silicone.

Acoustic performance:

Weighted sound reduction index up to (Rw): 31 dB (AAS7501 and AAS8501 on a standard architectural door).

Fixing:

Fixing holes pre-drilled, screws supplied. When aluminium carrier is fixed in place, gasket slide into carrier (with blades in/out) concealing fixings.

Options

Length:

Each length cuts back to next size down (335 mm cuts back to 255 mm). Longer lengths available on request.
